The other day someone asked us why our "21 Day Challenge" is 21 days and not 30 (or 14)? I got to thinking that there are lots of 7 day (too short), 14 day (done those), and 30 day (thanks Adobe!) trials out there, but not a whole lot of 21-day trials. Well, the answer for us has a lot more to do with helping you form better fitness HABITS than just trying us out (and it's even a little more complicated than that!). In order to get a better understanding of why 21 days is so important, you need to understand where the modern idea (and time frame) of changing a habit came from, how we form habits, and finally how we can take this information and use it to make better choices, and not just with our health.
