on Jun 26, 2017 1:36:13 PM By | Mike | 0 Comments |
Having a strong back and core is absolutely necessary when trying to advance in our fitness journey. The barbell bent over row allows us to accomplish this with certainty! If this movement is not in your encyclopedia of exercises, I highly recommend making sure that it finds a spot there.   This movement is quite technical and requires proper training to perform the movement correctly. When done correctly, the movements will help strengthen our lats, rhomboids, rear delts, traps, abdominals, lumbar extensors, biceps and hamstrings. That is quite the list of muscle groups being used in one movement; making this one of the top exercises to be performed for upper back day.
