What makes a great trainer?

It is our philosophy that there are many different traits that make up a great trainer.

  • Passion for fitness that SHOWS - Does your trainer show up just ooozzing their passion for training? Ours do!
  • Understand that people are different - Not everyone wants (or can yet) box jump their height...and it's okay.
  • Commit to always be learning, be growing, and finding new boundries - check out this video of our trainers perfecting proper technique on deadlifts
  • Walk the talk - You wouldn't go to an accountant who hasn't learned the new IRS laws in 10 years would you?
